Comments

The neuromuscular junction morphological defects and reduced number of boutons along with their impaired electrophysiological properties (reduced excitatory junction current amplitude and quantal content) observed in Usp5^leon-1/Usp5^19-2 mutant third instar larvae are significantly rescued by Usp5^{Scer\UAS.T:Zzzz\FLAG} expression driven by Scer\GAL4^how-24B but not if driven by Scer\GAL4^Toll-6-D42.
