      Expression of pksple.10xScer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 results in reversed orientation of the bristles and small epidermal hairs (trichomes) in the posterior region of the notum.

      Expression of pksple.10xScer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sd.PU reverses wing hair polarity compared to controls.
