Description

alrm promoter sequences are followed by an FRT cassette containing the coding sequence for a GAL4 driver. The cassette is followed by the coding sequence for a lexA::GAD driver. The GAL4 driver, but not the lexA::GAD driver, is expressed under the control of the alrm promoter in the absence of FLP recombinase.
