      Scer\GAL4btl.PU-mediated expression of expScer\UAS.RB results in mild chitin accumulation - by the end of embryogenesis, branches are aberrantly straight and have apparently shrank, and the lateral trunk displays a lack of cell intercalation. In addition, trachea do not fill with air.
