Description

The 27-kb wing enhancer is deleted in apattPΔEnh so it can serve as a platform to insert enhancer fragments. It contains a single functional attP site 400 bp upstream of the ap-RA (and ap-RC) transcription start site ready for phiC31:int integrase catalyzed insertions. A loxP site and an FRT site are also present.
