The expression of Coa7^HMJ22518 under the control of Scer\GAL4^GMR.PU induces a rough eye phenotype.

The expression of Coa7^HMJ22518 under the control of Scer\GAL4^GMR.PS results in a significant decrease in lifespan, a significant decrease in locomotor capacity (in climbing assays) and a rough eye phenotype, as compared to controls. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4^elav.PLu leads to a significant decrease in the total branch length of the larval neuromuscular junction, as compared to controls.
