      The dendrites of dendritic arborizing neurons expressing LrrkScer\UAS.P\T.T:Zzzz\FLAG.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PU exhibit an increased number of stationary golgi outposts compared with controls. A greater proportion of the dynamic GOPs that are seen move in the retrograde direction (towards cell bodies). Retrograde displacement is reduced compared to controls but anterograde displacement (towards dendritic ends) is unaffected. Velocity of movement is unaffected in both directions. The distribution of golgi outposts is shifted towards the proximal region.

      Expression of LrrkScer\UAS.P\T.T:Zzzz\FLAG.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4109(2)80 causes significant reduction in terminal dendrites and dendritic fields.
