    The 3' flank of the 'KV00547' insertion aligns with a transposable element (R1A1-element) that inserts site-specifically into rDNA, and the 5' flank aligns with 28SrRNA. Segregation mapping places the insertion on the X chromosome. Thus, the insertion is located in one of the 28SrRNA genes on the X chromosome.
