Description

A complex rearrangement has resulted in a ~1.7 deletion that extends to the left of P{EPgy2}l(2)09851EY06365 into the ap region. P{EPgy2}l(2)09851EY06365 has relocated into the hybrid element present in apDG3, in between mini-w and FRT. On the proximal side of the relocated EY element and next to the 3' P-element foot, ap11.1 contains ~200bp of DNA originating from ry is present.
