Genomic fragment encoding a mutated form of Hsc70-4 which lacks chaperone activity (contains the amino acid replacement D10N which removes ATPase activity), expressed under its endogenous promoter. A Tag:HA tag has been inserted at the N-terminal end of the Hsc70-4 coding sequence.
