Description

A 500bp fragment containing the 5'UTR and upstream promoter region of the testis isoform of ScsβA, and a 200bp 3'UTR fragment of the testis isoform of ScsβA surround a tripartite construct comprising: i) the N-terminal region of ScsβG, ii) the central Cul3/Klhl10 interacting region (ckr) of ScsβG, and iii) the C-terminal region of ScsβA with a Tag:HA tag. (Termed hybrid construct VIII.)
