      Expression of α-CatST-D.Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Ivir\HA1 under the control of Scer\GAL4twi.PU in a α-Cat1/α-Cat1 mutant background results in a significant reduction in rate of border cell migration in the egg chamber, but migration is still completed during stage 10 of oogenesis, as compared to controls.
