Description

2bp deletion plus insertion of TCTT just downstream of the robo1 P1 promoter. The deletion is within the fru-BM response obligatory sequence (FROS) that has been shown to be necessary and sufficient for the fru-BM protein isoform to repress robo1 transcription.
