      Expression of an RNAi line against SCCRO4 (unspecified, either SCCRO4GD12417 or SCCRO4KK108635) driven ubiquitously by Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI or Scer\GAL4Ubi.PU causes late pupal lethality; expression in the eye (by 'Ey-GMR-GAL4', unclear if this is Scer\GAL4ey.PH or Scer\GAL4GMR.PF) results in larger, rough eyes compared to controls; when expression is driven by Scer\GAL4ptc.PU, there is a significant increase in the L3-L4 distance (due to a significant increase in cell number, but no change in cell size) in the wing and macrochaetae on the notum are larger.
