      Expression of Pfdn2Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-YFP.Venus under the control of Scer\GAL4insc-Mz1407 rescues the increased number of neuroblasts characteristic for both Pfdn2Δ10 and Pfdn2Δ17 mutants. Expression under Scer\GAL4tub.PU also rescues the pupal stage lethality of Pfdn2Δ10 and Pfdn2Δ17mutants.
