Description

Twenty copies of the UAS site drive expression of a Drosophila codon-optimised form of the D6Dre recombinase that is tagged at the C-terminal end with a Tag:PEST(mOdc) degradation signal, with the aim of reducing the half-life of the protein to produce tighter temporal control of activity and reduce any potential toxicity.
