Expression of AckKD.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 results in significantly smaller adult wings, while expression under Scer\GAL4GMR.PU has no significant effect on adult eye size relative to controls.

The eye overgrowth observed in adult flies expressing either ykiScer\UAS.cZa or ykiS168A.Scer\UAS.cRa.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU is exacerbated further by co-expression of AckScer\UAS.T:SV5\V5 (which on its own also promotes eye growth) but not AckKD.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5.

Expression of AckScer\UAS.T:SV5\V5 (but not AckKD.Scer\UAS.T:SV5\V5) under the control of Scer\GAL4Ubi.PU in the hpoBF33 homozygous somatic clones induced in the eye tissue significantly enhances the overgrowth phenotype observed in the adult eye containing hpoBF33 clones.
