      Expressing βTub60DHMC05729 under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA does not affect nucleus size or positioning in third instar larval adipocytes. Decreased ploidy is also observed upon conditional expression from L2 onwards (temporal control of expression using Gal80[ts]).
