      Expression of repoΔAD302.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Atpα-GSG3285-1 (in combination with feeding RU486 to restrict expression to adult stage from 3d before training until testing) results in significantly impaired long term memory performance 24 hours after spaced training in an aversive olfactory association paradigm, as compared to controls.
