ScerGAL4^{Atpα-GSG3285-1} drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily in glial cells. Strong expression is observed in chordotonal organs, in surface and cortex glia in the CNS, and in PNS glia, including ensheathing/peripheral glia in peripheral nerves. There is moderate uninduced expression in CNS glia.
