Description

P{Switch2} is an enhancer trap construct that encodes a ligand-inducible GAL4::GS driver. The enhancer trap sequence is at the 5' end of the construct and consists of the weak P\T promoter fused upstream of GAL4::GS coding sequence (the GAL4::GS sequence is fused in-frame to the P\T coding sequence).
