Description

A superfolder GFP (sfGFP) coding sequence followed by a flexible linker spacer sequence (GSGSGS) has been inserted into the endogenous Lgr3 locus at the N-terminal end of the Lgr3 open reading frame. The Lgr3 open reading frame contains a 5bp deletion in the Lgr3 sequence just downstream of the site of the insertion, resulting in a premature termination codon. There is also a 5bp deletion within the Lgr3 5'UTR, upstream of the sfGFP insertion.
