Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}armMI08675 insertion has been replaced with a Trojan-GAL4 cassette. The insertion is in a phase 0 intron of some isoforms of the arm gene and a phase 1 intron of other isoforms of arm. The Trojan exon is the correct phase to trap the isoforms with a phase 1 intron.
