      Flies carrying four copies of AxnT:SV5\V5 do not show any changes in embryonic hatch rate but display defects in the patterning of adult abdomen - loss of sternal bristles. This phenotype is only rarely seen (penetrance 2%) in adults carrying only two copies of the transgene.
