Description

A 600bp fragment of the Ilp8 promoter, centred on the hpo-responsive element (HRE), has been replaced with the same wild-type fragment (this allele acts as a wild-type control). A single attP site is present upstream of the HRE, and a single loxP site is present downstream of the HRE as a result of the reintegration event.
