Description

A sub-fragment of the BRV118 enhancer (a damage-responsive enhancer that regulates both wg and Wnt6, the two genes which normally flank it) is fused upstream of a minimal Hsp70 promoter followed by the wg coding sequence and 1079bp of the 3'UTR (to ensure proper transcript subcellular localization).
