Clkout homozygotes bearing ClkΔ657-707.Tag:V5 kept under constant darkness and subject to 12h:12h 24[o] C:29 [o]C temperature cycles exhibit bimodal peaks of activity with an increase in anticipatory activity before temperature transitions; upon transfer to constant 24[o]C, these individuals maintain some rhythmicity and manifest a 24.9h period.
