      Co-expression of parkS94A.GMR.T:Zzzz\FLAG together with Pink1GMR.T:Mito-Tom20,T:Avic\GFP leads to defects in adult eye morphology (glassy appearance and loss of pigmentation) and show significant and age-progressive lack of photoreceptor cells. Co-expression with Pink1S346A.GMR.T:Mito-Tom20,T:Avic\GFP results in moderate loss of photoreceptor cells compared to controls but the gross eye morphology is not strongly affected.
