        The expression of Rchy1d01131 under the control of Scer\GAL4insc-Mz1407, Scer\GAL4repo.PU or Scer\GAL4mir-31a (the intrinsic Gal4 driver of mir-31aKO.Gal4) leads to a significant decrease in the number of adult brain glial cells at day 7 post eclosion, as compared to controls.
