Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of nos in which the localization signal of the nos mRNA is replaced by a localization and translational signal from the bcd 3'UTR. This results in a mislocalized nos protein. The protein is also tagged at the N-terminal end with the Tag:degron(AID) degron.
