Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}SypMI06413 insertion has been replaced with a Trojan-GAL4 cassette. The insertion is in a phase 1 intron of some isoforms of the Syp gene and a phase 2 intron of other isoforms of Syp. The Trojan exon is the correct phase to trap the isoforms with a phase 1 intron.
