      Optogenetic activation (using Cnoc\ChR1Cs.IVS.20xUAS.Venus with 617 nm (red) light) of neurons targeted by the split-GAL4 pair of Scer\GAL4DBD.R44B10 and Hsap\RELAAD.R30G06 in adults does not affect preference for being in the region of activation (illuminated region), compared to controls.
