Description

The CCAP promoter drives expression of four tandem copies of the KZip+ SplitGAL4 system repressor, each copy separated by a viral T2A peptide (this promotes ribosomal skipping). KZip+ consists of the Scer\GAL4 DNA-binding domain fused to the Zip+ artificial leucine zipper domain.
