Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}MhcMI03941 insertion has been replaced with a Trojan-GAL4 cassette. The insertion is in the coding intron of 20 annotated transcripts of Mhc, five of which are phase 1 introns and 15 of which are phase 0 introns. It has not been determined which Trojan exon phase construct is inserted and therefore which transcripts are trapped and driving expression of GAL4.
