Description

Most of the Cyp6g1 gene has been deleted and a stop codon has been introduced. The remaining transcript is predicted to encode only 73 amino acid residues. The deletion was generated in the DGRP-517 strain, which contains the 'BA' Cyp6g1 haplotype. Both copies of Cyp6g1 gene present in this genome are deleted.
