Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}ScsαMI08587 insertion has been replaced with a Trojan-GAL4 cassette. The insertion is in a coding intron of both annotated transcripts of Scsα and is predicted to gene trap the gene. The insertion is also only 44 bp upstream of the annotated 5' end of the Acp63F gene and therefore may affect its expression.
