      The expression of rdgBPITPd.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4ninaE.PU fully rescues the severe decrease in electroretinogram peak amplitude and partially rescues the decreased light sensitivity observed in rdgB9 homozygotes. Expression under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF fully rescues the decreased light sensitivity observed in rdgB9 homozygotes.
