The expression of RhoGEF3UAS.EKN.sfGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4ap.PU and Gal80[ts] leads to shortened cell height, formation of epithelial folds and an increase in F-actin levels along the lateral membranes in the dorsal cells of wing imaginal discs, as compared to controls.

The expression of RhoGEF3UAS.EKN.sfGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU at 25[o]C leads to no obvious visible effects on the adult eye, as compared to controls.
