      Combination with pnutT509A.S517A.T:Zzzz\FLAG rescues the larval lethality of pnutmut1 homozygous mutants and the emerging adult females are fertile but the rescued adult flies display significantly reduced viability across various culture temperatures (18, 25 and 29[o]C).
