    Expression of Larp4BGS9719 results in reduced size of larval wing discs (with Scer\GAL4vg.M.Exel) as well as adult eyes (with Scer\GAL4ey.3.5.Exel or Scer\GAL4GMR.PU) or wings (with Scer\GAL4sd.PU) and an increase in cell death is observed in larval eye disc (with Scer\GAL4GMR.PU). Additionally, Scer\GAL4ppl.PP-driven expression of Larp4BGS9719 leads to decreased cell size of fat body cells in third instar larvae.
