Description

A fragment of Ddc from -2702 through to +160 (relative to the transcription start site) is cloned upstream of sequence encoding a GAL4 driver coding sequence followed by an Hsp70 poly signal. In addition, a genomic fragment containing Ddc sequence from +175 in exon A through to +3756 in exon D has been inserted downstream of the Hsp70 polyA signal.
