Description

The TI{ywing2+} cassette in TI{ywing2+}NmnatΔCDS has been replaced with sequence encoding Nmnat with a deletion that removes amino acids 251-257 (this disrupts the ATP binding motif required for chaperone function), and which is tagged internally with EGFP (the EGFP coding sequence is surrounded on each side by a linker sequence).
