      The expression of Nlg3Δ10.UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PU does not induce adult locomotor activity defects.

      The expression of Nlg3Δ10.UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4how-24B rescues the increased bouton number in the third instar larval neuromuscular junction of Nlg3KO127, even leading to fewer boutons compared to controls.
