Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of spGFP11 that is tethered to the membrane via a C-terminal Tag:M(hCD4) tag. This construct is designed for use in a splitGFP assay, in which complementary split fluorescent protein fragments expressed on the extracellular membrane of different cells can reconstitute a functional fluorescent protein at points of close contact between the cells.
