Description

The 555 bp vas transcriptional terminator has been added immediately following the GFP start codon in the P{lacO.nos-GFP.piwi} reporter.

The nos promoter is fused upstream of a GFP-piwi cDNA that includes the first intron of piwi (this intron contains an enhancer). A 555bp fragment containing vas transcriptional terminator sequence has been inserted immediately downstream of the promoter.
