The expression of Gr22eUAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4Gr33a-GAL4 in Gr22eLL05566 mutants rescues their decreased S-b sensilla responsiveness to the bitter chemicals LOB, BER, DEN and STR, and even induces hyper-responsiveness to all four chemicals in both S-a and S-b sensilla, ectopic responsiveness to all four chemicals in I-b sensilla, and ectopic responsiveness only to STR in I-a sensilla.
Gr22eUAS.cSa, Gr32aUAS.cSa, Gr66aUAS.Tag:MYC, Scer\GAL4Gr64f.9.7 has abnormal taste perception | adult stage phenotype, suppressible | partially by Df(3L)ΔGr64af
Gr22eUAS.cSa, Gr32aUAS.cSa, Gr66aUAS.Tag:MYC, Scer\GAL4Gr64f.9.7 has abnormal neurophysiology | adult stage phenotype, suppressible | partially by Df(3L)ΔGr64af

Gr22eUAS.cSa/Scer\GAL4Gr33a-GAL4 is a suppressor of abnormal neurophysiology | adult stage phenotype of Gr59c1

Gr22eUAS.cSa/Scer\GAL4Gr33a-GAL4 is a suppressor of intermediate labellar taste bristle phenotype of Gr59c1
Gr22eUAS.cSa, Gr59c1, Scer\GAL4Gr33a-GAL4 has intermediate labellar taste bristle phenotype
Gr22eUAS.cSa, Gr59c1, Scer\GAL4Gr33a-GAL4 has short labellar taste bristle phenotype
The triple co-expression of Gr32aUAS.cSa, Gr66aUAS.Tag:MYC and Gr22eUAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4Gr64f.9.7 makes L-type sensilla responsive to the bitter chemicals LOB, BER, DEN, STR and UMB, but not to CAF or SOA, while not affecting the normal response to sucrose. Df(3L)ΔGr64af abolishes the responsiveness to sucrose, reduces the ectopic responsiveness to STR, but has no effect on the ectopic responsiveness to LOB, BER and DEN.
The expression of Gr22eUAS.cSa under the control of Scer\GAL4Gr33a-GAL4 in Gr59c1 mutants rescues their decreased I-a sensilla responsiveness to LOB, BER and DEN, and even induces hyper-responsiveness to LOB and STR in both I-a and I-b sensilla, ectopic responsiveness to LOB, BER, DEN and STR in I-b sensilla, and hyper-responsiveness in S-a and S-b sensilla to all four chemicals.
