Description

The coding region of the endogenous AstA locus (nucleotides 1-385 relative to the start codon) has been replaced with sequence encoding a lexA::p65 driver. This results in a knockout of AstA and allows expression of the lexA::p65 driver under the control of endogenous AstA regulatory sequences.s
