Spermatogenesis in S-Lap1Δ7 homozygotes shows normal cell divisions, normal nebenkern number and formation, normal length of elongated cysts, and normal establishment of individualization complexes around the needle shaped nuclei; however, there are few individualization complexes, which migrate less frequently and more asynchronously, as compared to controls.
