Description

The P{lacZ.ry+} enhancer trap element in P{lacZ.ry+}hdcB5 has been replaced with a P{GawB} enhancer trap element by the simultaneous mobilization of P{lacZ.ry+}hdcB5 and a P{GawB} insertion. The P{GawB} element is located 8bp upstream of the original P{lacZ.ry+}hdcB5 insertion, being located 1025bp upstream of the hdc start codon.
