Imprecise excision of P{EPgy2}CalpB[EY08042] results in a deletion that removes most of the CalpB coding sequence. It is reported as 2218bp (+11bp) which is interpreted as a 2218bp deletion with 11 bp (of residual transposon?) inserted at the excision site. The excision breakpoints were inferred from the insertion site coordinate.
